Order processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume.

Delivery estimates

After an order ships, delivery is generally expected within approximately 7–25 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. For the US domestic shipping profile, Standard shipping is $8, Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more, and Express shipping is $15.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Customs and duties

Unless a charge is clearly collected at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
