Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused and in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

For a return that is not due to a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing parts, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost after the issue is verified.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and review the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
